Machinery investment shows improvements

The investment of a new Delta pallet machine that was installed late last year has led to improved consistency and quality of the products produced on it. This has proved particularly valuable in the manufacture of Potato boxes which have to meet the rigorous standards laid down by BS7611.

The machine is capable of manufacturing a range of panels and bases for potato boxes as well as 2 way and 4 way entry pallets. As potato boxes are reused, stacked up to eight high and endure all kinds of weather the consistency of manufacture provided by our new machine gives us the confidence to supply a high quality product.

In fact we are so impressed we have installed another machine at our Cheshire site!
