We have the space to build and stock hold ready for your call-off and we will only invoice when your bespoke potato containers are delivered.
All of our wooden potato boxes are produced using the highest quality of slow-grown imported Kiln Dried graded timber ensuring they are sturdy enough to be filled to capacity while maintaining a long life cycle.
Delivering Bespoke Potato Boxes Directly To You
In addition to our bespoke wooden potato boxes, we are able to offer you our standard stock 1.1T and 1.2T potato containers that are gapped and fitted with nail plates which are all available for immediate delivery.
We can deliver your timber potato boxes to your site and agree on a future invoice date so that you know you have the potato boxes exactly when you need them.
Improving Production With Every Potato Box Made
We have invested heavily over the last few years with a new purpose-built production unit which includes a moving production line, automatic box turner, and automated nailing line for box bases and robot nailing of box components.
All of our boxes are designed and manufactured according to the principles in BS7611, allowing us to produce on average around 200 complete boxes each day.
