Potatoes
Most potatoes are best kept refrigerated in a cool, dark place with relatively high humidity. For this our potato boxes are manufactured with open-slatted sides allowing air to circulate through the potatoes, these slats can be altered in scale depending on the vegetable box size and what would function optimally within your storage facility.
Onions
Similar to potatoes, although needing to be kept apart from them, onions require storing in a cool, dark place however with low humidity and kept out of refrigerated areas while allowing for air circulation to pass through. Open-slatted sides would be implemented into these bespoke vegetable boxes to ensure longevity is maintained.
Cabbage
Our Cabbage boxes are all tailored to suit your individual storage requirements which can depend on how they are being filled, crop size and storage conditions. Traditionally our cabbage boxes have Large gaps to allow for plenty of airflow through the box during storage.
